Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of StruDesigns’ services, including website design and development, domain registration and configuration, managed hosting, and ongoing maintenance (collectively, the “Services”). By placing an order, clicking a checkout button, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
1) Scope of Services
We design and build custom websites, assist with domain procurement and DNS setup, provide managed hosting with SSL, and offer maintenance plans for content updates, backups, performance checks, and basic security hardening. Any services not listed in a plan or order are out of scope and may require a separate quote.
2) Orders, Pricing, and Payments
Prices are stated on our site or quote and may exclude taxes and third‑party fees. Payments may be processed through a third‑party provider (e.g., Paddle). You authorize us and our payment processor to charge your chosen payment method for one‑time purchases and any recurring subscriptions you select. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.
3) Domains and Hosting
At your request, we can purchase and configure domains on your behalf. Domains and hosting may be registered with third‑party vendors and are subject to their terms, pricing, renewal schedules, and acceptable use policies. Ownership of a domain depends on the registrar account configuration; where we register on your behalf, we will provide reasonable assistance to transfer the domain upon request and settlement of any outstanding balances.
4) Client Content and Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate content, brand assets, and timely feedback. You represent that you have all necessary rights to any materials you supply and that they do not infringe third‑party rights or violate law. You are responsible for complying with laws applicable to your business and website (including privacy, accessibility, and disclosures).
5) Revisions and Approvals
Each service or quote includes a stated number of revisions. Additional revisions or change requests may be billed separately. Approvals given by you (including via email or project tool) are binding for moving forward to the next phase or launch.
6) Timelines and Delays
Project timelines are estimates. Delays may occur due to dependency on client feedback, third‑party issues, or technical constraints. We are not liable for delays caused by factors outside our reasonable control.
7) Maintenance Plans
Maintenance includes the tasks listed in your plan. Unused monthly time does not roll over unless stated. Maintenance does not include major redesigns, custom application development, or third‑party licensing costs unless agreed otherwise.
8) Refunds and Cancellations
5‑Day Refund Policy. If you are not satisfied with a one‑time payment, you may request a full refund within five (5) calendar days of purchase, provided that (a) no custom design has been delivered and (b) no domain has been purchased or third‑party costs incurred on your behalf. If any work has begun, we may deduct reasonable fees for time and non‑refundable third‑party charges and refund the remainder.
Subscriptions. Maintenance subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You may cancel at any time to stop future charges. Because monthly work time and resources are allocated, subscription periods already charged are non‑refundable
How to request a refund. Email support@strudesigns.com within the 5‑day window with your order email and reason for the request. We will confirm eligibility and process approved refunds to the original payment method.
9) Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of your pre‑existing content and trademarks. Upon full payment, we grant you a non‑exclusive license to use the final website deliverables for your business. We may use open‑source components under their respective licenses. We reserve the right to showcase non‑confidential work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
10) Third‑Party Services
Your website may rely on third‑party services (e.g., analytics, email, maps, payment processors, CDNs). Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third‑party interruptions or changes.
11) Warranties and Disclaimers
We provide the Services “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent allowed, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error‑free operation.
12) Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you visit our website or purchase our services.
- Information we collect. Contact details you provide (e.g., name, email), project content and assets, and basic usage data (e.g., cookies or analytics) to improve our site and services.
- Payment processing. Payments are handled by third parties (e.g., Paddle). We do not store full payment card details. Your purchase is subject to the processor’s own terms and privacy policy.
- How we use information. To deliver services, communicate with you, secure and maintain your site, and comply with legal obligations.
- Sharing. We share information with service providers (e.g., hosting, domain registrars, email, analytics) only as needed to perform our services, under appropriate safeguards.
- Data retention. We keep project records for as long as necessary to provide services and for legitimate business or legal purposes. You can request deletion of non‑essential data at any time.
- Security. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to safeguard information but cannot guarantee absolute security.
- Your choices. You may opt out of non‑essential communications, request access or deletion of your data, and limit cookies through your browser settings.

13) Confidentiality
We will treat non‑public information you provide as confidential and use it only to deliver the Services. Do not share credentials except through secure channels you control; consider using a password manager or temporary access methods.
14) Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated Terms with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
